PROJECT: Overall rebranding of logo and all marketing materials.

A list of services we’ve provided to Pyramid Solutions to-date:

  • Logo Redesign and complete rebranding company wide
  • SaaS Product Launch — Event and marketing materials, plus launch website
  • SaaS Product — UI Design: currently in production
  • Complete design overhaul of all their sales and marketing materials for print and web.
  • Corporate website: — Art direction, project management, and implementation of a 160 page website. The process included partnering with a web development firm to build out the multi-site WordPress template. Project management of their internal groups to develop site architecture, content and imagery that best communicated their offerings. Plus, complete implementation of the content into the WordPress framework, including all ongoing updates.
  • Product sales/data sheets — Work with Pyramid to develop new content, information graphics, and templated layout for all sales sheets to be used company wide
  • E-mail campaigns — Has included project management for content creation, creative development, an online implementation of the on-going campaign using online email resources.
  • Event display graphics, presentation materials and project management
  • Microsoft Word templates to be used for sales tools, including a Proposal template, SOW template, White Paper template, and PowerPoint template.
  • Product and trade show demos

Karen has been a strong asset as we redefined our corporate image and rebranded our products. Creative, talented, dedicated, reliable, relentless and patient are all terms I’d use to describe Karen. She participated in the creation of content and the presentation of both web and print material. Karen is one of the few marketing people that has been able to acquire (grasp) a working knowledge of our diverse product offerings and markets we serve. In addition to the marketing side of our business, Karen has done an excellent job in a project manager role driving both us internally and our external suppliers as we have completed this transformation.
